How long is my item going to take to ship?

Pre-made products will ship within 1-2 weeks. Custom orders are subject to vary in shipping times, feel free to message for an update.

Pre-Orders will ship within 4-6 weeks.

If ordering multiple items that include pre-orders, all items will ship together within 4-6 weeks.

Do you accept custom orders?

I take custom orders on a case by case basis depending on what my schedule looks like. Please reach out by email, or social medias linked at the bottom of the page to see if it is a possibility!

Oh no! I lost my Item Care card, how do I wash my item?

Item Care (made with acrylic yarn): 

Hand wash (recommended for lasting longer):

*Fill sink with some cold water and small amount of laundry detergent

*Allow item to soak for a few minutes

*Drain the sink and gently squeeze the piece a few more times

*Leave the item on a dry towel and flat surface to air dry, reshape if needed

Machine wash:

*Machine wash cold on gentle cycle

*Tumble dry low or air dry as mentioned above 

To extend the life of your bag and decrease pilling insert item into mesh bag or pillowcase when machine washing.

What are these little fuzzies forming on my item and how do I get rid of them?

When items have been well loved they start to develop little fuzzy pills, using a pill shaver to go over those areas will get rid of any unwanted specks.

How do I return or exchange my item?

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges, on non-custom orders, within 14 days of delivery.

Ship item back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
